Eyewear is a MUST! We require everyone to wear eye protection. Your eyelids only filter about
25% of the UV light, so just closing your eyes is NOT good enough. UV light can cause major
eye damage including: cataracts, corneal burns, night blindness, loss of color vision, cancer and
more! So, ALWAYS protect your eyes. You can always put cosmetic bronzer to hide any "raccoon
eyes", but you can't replace your eyes. Covering your face with a towel doesn't work either. If
water can pass thru the material, so can UV light.
